Go Local, LLC, d/b/a GoLocal Tennis, (“Go Local,” “we” or “us”) provides this policy (“Privacy Policy”) which governs the collection, storage and use of personal data collected by us, when you register and create a match using our website at (the “Website”). Protecting your privacy is a serious matter and doing so is important to us. This Privacy Policy will provide you details about the personal data we collect from you, the choices we offer and how we treat that information. This Privacy Policy may be updated by us from time to time. We will provide notice of such change by posting the updated terms on the Website and updating the date above. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting the Website and creating and/or organizing tennis matches (the “Services”), you confirm that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy in its entirety. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy or do not meet or comply with these provisions, then you may not use this Website or our Services.


When you visit our Website, you may provide us with two main types of information: (1) personal information that you knowingly choose to disclose, which is collected on an individual basis, and (2) general user information that does not contain identifiable information, which is collected on an aggregate basis as you use the Website and Services. Personally Identifiable Information You Choose to Provide

Matches. In order to send messages to your invitees through the Service, we require that you submit to Go Local a current, valid email addresses for your invitees. When you send messages and/or set up matches with other users through our Service (e.g., invitation or a reminder), we collect and retain the email addresses or other pertinent contact information of those persons to whom you send the message.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information We Collect

Third Party Services: To support the Website and Services we provide to you, we may use services hosted by third parties to assist in providing a more relevant and useful experience. These services may collect information sent by a browser as part of a web page request, including Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses or cookies. If these third party services collect information, they do so anonymously and in the aggregate to provide information helpful to us such as website trends, without identifying individual visitors.

Matches, ratings, reviews and certain Personally Identifiable Information that you provide are visible to other users of the Website and Service and allow other users to know whom they will be playing against.

We use your Personally Identifiable Information to provide you with the information or content that you have requested, and, in some cases, to contact you about our products, features or Services.
